    The appointee will further be expected to:

    Background work experience and Academic Requirement.

    • Candidates must be in possession of a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or its equivalent from an accredited University.
    • Other Postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous but must be related to education and business management.
    • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a school environment.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a high-performance business environment.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a large corporate firm with traceable performance.
    • 5 years Account Management of Large Enterprise Accounts.
    • 5 years’ experience in complex asset financing arrangements
    • 5 years Dealing with C-Level – CEO, CFO, CIO
    • Traceable experience in dealing with senior execs and board members to understand their needs and meet them with your solution.
    • Advantageous: Finance Background and high business acumen.

    4. Providing guidance to First Aiders at the academy.
    5. Establishing policies that will ensure a safe and healthy environment at the academy.

      academy’s health and welfare work.
    7. Ensuring that the academy is medically equipped at all times to meet the medical needs of members of the academy.

As manager of information communication technology, you will play an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. The successful individual must have previous experience in the IT sector at an executive level and will be reporting directly to the chief executive officer.

    They will be responsible for:

    1. Providing the technical skills that is required to achieve the visions, goals, and objectives of the academy.
    2. Aligning the academy IT direction to a global level.
    3. Advising the executives on all the academy’s decisions that involve technology.
    4. Engaging with the executives and the board on matters of IT innovations and advancement in order to successfully build an academy that is a beacon of IT skills in the continent.
    5. Monitoring and assessing new related technologies as they appear on the market and bringing the same to the academy.
    6. Designing and implementing IT programs that will assist our students and other members of the academy to perform at their best.

    Description of Position

    The Victor Nwankwo Leadership Academy is looking for a vibrant, efficient and self-driven, individual with traceable integrity and ethical qualities to join our team of employees and partners at our academy. This position is reserved for an individual that understands our identity as an academy. The successful individual need not have any experience in administrative work but must be an individual who is willing to learn and grow with and within the academy.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    1. Managing the communication channels of the academy on the telephone, emails, and web queries.
    2. Responding to the queries sent to the school.
    3. Optimizing communications between the academy and the broader community of parents, students, and stakeholders.
    4. Preparing applicable reports as pertains to the communication needs of the academy.
    5. Showing a demonstrable understanding of servant-leadership as articulated, and making sure this culture is created, promoted and sustained in every aspect of the academy’s admin work.
    6. Ensuring that the annual administration report of the academy is prepared on time and in the right format for the evaluation and approval of the admin manager.
    7. Driving an admin performance culture across all areas of the academy.


    The appointee will further be expected to:

    • Sign up to a comprehensive and measurable performance, monitoring and evaluation system.
    • Show a demonstrable desire to grow themselves as an individual and to grow in the academy.
    • Deliver constant improvement on the admin department of the academy.
    • Meet targets set by their superiors.
       

    Background work experience and Academic Requirement.

    • The successful candidate must be in possession of appropriate qualifications in public administration and management from an accredited institution.
    • Good knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Packages comprising Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Pastel Accounting and other necessary software that may be relevant to the office.
    • A qualification and/or experience in mass communication will be a great advantage.
    • Advantageous: Business education background.

    The Victor Nwankwo Leadership Academy is looking for a qualified individual with traceable integrity, a proven track record, and ethical qualities to join our team of employees and partners at our academy as an academic head. The successful individual must have experience in the education sector and have an understanding of the values, goals, and visions of our academy.

    This position requires a natural leader, a self-starter, a peoples person, and a passionate educator who will be a guide, mentor, and source of director to other educators and students. A versatile knowledge of the Nigerian education system and teaching experience is pivotal.

    To qualify, you will be expected to show a demonstrable understanding of servant-leadership. You would have informed yourself of our core values and have aligned yourself towards the same.

    As the academic head, you would be expected to:

    1. Guide, train, and offer leadership to our teachers and fellow associates.
    2. Impact valuable knowledge on our students in relation to the subject you would be teaching
    3. Create and maintain a conducive atmosphere where our students can learn, thrive, and be their best.
    4. Carry out your educator duties in a manner that is aligned to the academy’s identity.
    5. Overseeing the duties, responsibilities, and performance of all other administration officers at the academy.

    Background work experience and Academic Requirement.

    • The successful candidate must be in possession of or registered towards acquiring a Ph.D. or other appropriate postgraduate qualification in education.
    • Must be a passionate educator that sees teaching and education as a vocation.
    • Would be expected to align the academic curriculum of the university towards servant leadership, systems thinking, and holistic education.
    • Be a natural leader who is willing to lead and guide our students.
    • Able to communicate fluently in English, Igbo, and one or more Nigerian Languages.
