The Victor Nwankwo Leadership Academy is looking for a self-driven, foresighted individual with traceable integrity and ethical qualities to join our team of employees and partners at our academy as the head of IT. The successful individual will establish the academy’s IT technical vision and lead all aspects of the company’s technology development. As manager of information communication technology, you will play an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. The successful individual must have previous experience in the IT sector at an executive level and will be reporting directly to the chief executive officer.

They will be responsible for:

1. Providing the technical skills that is required to achieve the visions, goals, and objectives of the academy.
2. Aligning the academy IT direction to a global level.
3. Advising the executives on all the academy’s decisions that involve technology.
4. Engaging with the executives and the board on matters of IT innovations and advancement in order to successfully build an academy that is a beacon of IT skills in the continent.
5. Monitoring and assessing new related technologies as they appear on the market and bringing the same to the academy.
6. Designing and implementing IT programs that will assist our students and other members of the academy to perform at their best.
7. Directing and managing the computing and information technology strategic plans of the academy as well as the associated risks.
