Victor Nwankwo Leadership Academy was founded by Mr Victor Chinenye Nwankwo who was born to Chief and Lolo Cyprian and Innocentia Nwankwo of Imeama Ngodo Uturu Isiukwuato LGA.
One of our founder’s highest ranking hobbies is traveling. He has visited 50 different countries across all the continents in the world. Our founder said at one of his interviews, “Every time I travelled I always found that people were the same. They had similar needs, similar aspirations but were living in different circumstances.”
Mr Victor is a serial entrepreneur who operates businesses in different sectors including, Retail, Property – development and management, Transport, Hospitality and Education.
When we asked our founder why he established the Victor Nwankwo Leadership Academy his response was “There is no single country that is exactly the same as any other country I have visited. Every time we visited home (Nigeria) the country was different and this is precisely dependent on who was leading.
The more we travelled around the globe the more I realized that leadership was the unquestionable factor that separated the quality of lives that different citizens of different countries experienced.
In response to this belief, I decided to establish a high calibre secondary school that will not only produce exceptional scholars but leaders who understand that leadership is about serving the other. Our preferred leadership style is servant-leadership. Hence our Motto – To serve is to Lead.”
Our job will only be complete when your child leaves our academy as an educated, ethical and responsible person.
